Cedres Campus

Hello everybody I'm an italian student and i'm going to spend next semester in Lausanne at the cedres Campus. About this i like to know some information. I'd like first of all to know if the rules are very strictly or mild enought. Secondly i like to know if really i have to pay 70 CHF per day if i like to accomodate my brother or my girlfriend.Thank you so muchMarco
