The idea was to rent it to students but I don't know what you mean with "particular persons". The most important thing is that we need somebody with whom we are probably going to live for one year whiteout troubles. My last roommates were and still are good friends of mine and I would say that we lived in well …harmony and that's what we want to achieve with the next roommate.
