Hello Community!

How many of you worked in/with a great team? The answer sadly will be 'a few'. And why is that? Because the dogmas and the greed, turned the word 'team' upside-down and it lost it's true meaning and today instead of helping each other, people are keen on competing against each other.

This kind of an attitude leads to the loss of any interest to do something. Especially for employees who are not so keen on going to work because of the environment that occured there. For an enterprise it is huge loss, because the main assets of any company are the people, but when the people do not have common vision and do not cooperate, the asset turns into a liability.

Personally I recognize the word TEAM as Together Everyone Achieves More and I'm passing this attitude to others whenever I am having a chance to work with people.

Always share one goal and one vision with each other. Do not think about your ego - it won't bring you any success. Rather start thinking 'How can I help them grow? What can I do best to help my team-members succeed?'. It does not matter if you are a project manager (I don't like this word, so I use "team leader" instead), a student, a member of a dancing crew, because your main task is to form a team of superstars who are driven by one goal, one vision, one heart beat! Aim for that and you will be victorious!
