ATTENTION: ORANGE STOLE IPHONE.

I SAY NO FOR ORANGE

ORANGE stole my iPhone, I haved a problem with the buton and was in warranty for more 6 months, but they said haved a probleme with humidity and for that I loose the warranty and if I wanted MY IPHONE repair was 204 CHF or If I wanted MY iPhone back I need pay 60 CHF about the diagnosis ...And I dont go pay something it should be free that not for the money but for the foul of respect for the client: ME. I never ask for ORANGE say me what the problem I wanted only repair mon Iphone because they maked calls and the rest but only the buton of center not worked.

ORANGE not say for clients what can happen with your mobile if you send for reparation. I buy my Iphone in ORANGE CENTER OF BERN and later 6 moth give back for repair they have all responsability, they talked this was a problem with me and Apple but the invoice for pay come from ORANGE and not Apple.

If you haved problem with mobile buy in ORANGE ATENTION they can stay with your mobile if you dont give for hin 60 CHF in Switzerland.

RESULT: ORANGE STOLE OR KIDNAPPED MY IPHONE.
