Fantastic fully furnished room in a 3 bedroom apartment

I’m subletting my beautiful fully furnished 22 squared meter room in July and August (dates negotiable). I have a King sized bed, a huge desk, a comfortable chair and a sofa, huge windows, a closet, and access to the balcony.

The shared apartment includes 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and a sink, with additional utilities.

The living room is extremely homey and well lit with two couches, an Apple TV, a piano, large windows, and a dining table.

There are 3 balconies that you can access from every room with space to sit and enjoy the sun.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high end utilities (dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, stove, and much more!). Washing machines and dryer are included and located downstairs.

The apartment has a beautiful view as it’s located on the fourth floor, with access by elevator.

It’s only 10 mins by foot to uni, 1 min by foot to several groceries stores (Migros, Denner, Spar), and just downstairs is the bus stop taking you directly to the city center in 3 mins.

The apartment is extremely well heated making living there a luxury during winter time.
